Vobeda is a complete DESIGN, BUILD, and REPAIR source for all of a diecasters's diecast needs.  Throughout our 55 years of providing this service, we have come to fully appreciate and understand the requirements of a die casting company, which is more that just building a die.  We provide a quality competitively priced service from initial design through complete die refurbishment which includes trim dies.

Vobeda Machine & Tool Co., Inc. insures complete efficient design of your tool and runner system through the utilization of an engineering and tooling staff that has a combined 89 years experience and the latest "state-of-the art" design computers and machining equipment.

Our die repair department is capable of performing quality tool welding in-house and has the capability of doing all types of tool welding, engineering changes and repairs.  Repairs are quick and accurate and can be completed in 24 hours if you have a crisis situation.

One of Vobeda's strong areas of expertise is runner and gating design.  We have helped many of our customers reduce internal casting scrap (as much as a 60% decrease) with a runner and gating re-design.
